    ROOM SERVICE SEQUENCE

    *Customer wakes up and calls the room service to order his/ her breakfast*

    *Phone rings*

    Front desk: Good morning room service, (name) speaking, how may I help you ma'am?

    Customer: Good morning, I would like to have my breakfast delivered in my room please?

    Attendant: May I know your room number and name ma'am?

    Customer: Yes, this is Ms. Vargas of room 2315.

    Attendant: What do you like for breakfast ma'am? We have Continental, American and Filipino
    breakfast.

    Customer: What about your Continental breakfast? May I know it please?

    Attendant: Wait for a minute ma'am, for our Continental breakfast, we have toasted bread, fresh
    fruits, and your choice brewed or dark coffee and glass of mango-pineapple or orange.

    Customer: Yeah, I’ll take it and with a brewed coffee and a glass of orange juice.

    Attendant: Noted ma’am. Is there anything else ma'am would you like to add?

    Customer: I guess that's all!

    Attendant: May I repeat your order ma'am, you have Continental breakfast, with 2 slices of toasted
    bread, slice of fresh fruits, brewed coffee and a glass of orange juice good for 1-person.

    Customer: Sounds great!

    Attendant: For your payment ma'am would you like it to be charged or thru cash?

    Customer: Okay wait, I’ll pay it with cash, by the way how much is my bill?

    Attendant: Your bill ma'am is 270 pesos; your bill will be sent together with your breakfast.

    Customer: Ok. Sure.

    Attendant: Please let me double check your room number which is 2315 under the reservation
    name of Ms. Vargas.

    Customer: Alright.

    Attendant: Thank you for calling room service Ms. Vargas! Your breakfast will be delivered as soon
    as possible.

    *Order for room service! *

    Staff: Excuse me! the guest in court room charges for 2315.

    Front desk: Okay I’ll just record it.

    *Staff left*

    *Preparing the tray of breakfast for room 2315*

    Staff: Can I get the billing slip for 2315 room service?

    Front desk: For a moment.

    Staff: Thank you!

    *Staff delivers the breakfast to room 2315*

    Staff: Room service!

    *Customer opens the door*

    Staff: Good morning Ms. Vargas!

    Customer: Good morning

    Staff: Here we go with your breakfast, where would you like to place it?

    Customer: Here please

    *Staff prepares the table and the food in front of the customer*

    Staff: For your Continental breakfast, you have 2 slices of toasted bread with chocolate. For
    your fresh fruits, you have mango. Would you like me to open it for you?

    Customer: Yes, please.

    *Staff opens the food*

    Staff: For your drinks ma'am you have mineral water, orange juice and a broad coffee. Would
    you like me to pour it?

    Customer: Yes, please.

    Staff: Excuse me ma'am, I would like you to sign your bill.

    *Customer signed the bill*

    Customer: Excuse me.

    Staff: To come back how many hours?

    Customer: Okay you can get this after an hour, anyway I’ll be eating right now

    Staff: Okay ma'am enjoy your meal and I will be back with your change ma'am

    Customer: Okay, thank you!

    *Staff knocks on the door*

    Staff: Room service!

    Customer: Come in, you can get this.

    Staff: By the way ma'am here's your change.

    Customer: By the way for the change, you can keep it.

    Staff: Thank you ma'am.

    *Staff cleans the table and take away the food in the table*

    Staff: Enjoy your day ma'am!

    Customer: Oh sure! I'll close the door for you!
