Our group will propose a product that will surely enjoy the creamiest and sweetest of Pastillas with
chocolate. This product is easily to make and need a little amount of capital. Pastillas with chocolate's
purpose is to establish a business that will cater to people the sweet delicacy, and to produce a product
at reasonable and affordable price. The ingredients of this product are already available in nearby
markets. This product can also be a pasalubong to a friend and love ones. The Target Market of
Pastillas with chocolate initial target customers are students, teachers, and workers of any age and
gender. These people are prone to strain and fatigue so they need a stress reliever and one way to ease
stress is to eat. This product could be a comfort food that they can enjoy while relaxing. Not only that,
it can also help in stimulating their tired mind and body, since sugary products are known as a good
energizer.

REVENUE
Our business will raise revenues by improving our product and adding more pieces of pastillas
with chocolate. This will raise as well by introducing the product to the market so the customers will
know our product and start to buy it. The critical factors that will cause the revenues to materialize are
the different twist of our product that is chocolate and the packaging.

The capital of our product is worth Php 400.00, the pieces of product that had been produced are 132 of

ingredients that will cater the needs and wants of customers.

ensures to give the customers product that have a twist taste and affordable price.

We are going to sell or offer this Pastillas with chocolate in our school canteen, and also in any
food store so we can present our product.
We truly love eating sweets and experiments food. So we came up to this product that we could
start a small business without needing a big capital to start up. Pastillas with chocolate is the product
that we choose to sell because it is perfect and it will suit in our budget as a beginner in starting a
business. But our product is special than the usual because of its unique twist taste that we made by
adding flavorful filling on it. We found out that this product is very fun while we're doing it and it is
very effective as aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Filipinos are known for having a good taste especially when it comes to sweets so we come up to
produce and sell Pastillas with Chocolate. It has a perfect sweetness that no one can ever resist.
This business plan is about the sweetness and having a different twist because of the combination
of pastillas and chocolate. Owned by the partnership of Janice D. Robles, Jo-Ann S. Topado, Kenneth
M. Manayan, Kathryn Faith D. Constantino, Rochelle A. Gutierrez, Maria Christina P. Parohinog, Roel
S. Salibio, Mejerose D. Prado, Nathanael P. Ramirez, Jennifer Cutanda and Rodel P. laciste. The
initial capital is Php. 400.00 that we divided to buy materials for packaging and ingredients for the
production.
The operation of Pastillas with Chocolate start from inventory and estimation of pastillas with
chocolate to be produced daily. Also the purchasing of ingredients and materials needed. Lastly, the
packaging of a product and the most important is the marketing strategies and selling of Pastillas with
Chocolate. This product will be purchased in any retail store and our school canteen so that we can
present our product.
Our business aims to satisfy the needs of our customers and to provide them a sweet treat for
such an affordable price. Also this product is attainable because the procedure can be done in a short
time without any ease.

TARGET MARKET
Our target market is the students and teachers of Occidental Mindoro State College Labangan in
different demographics life, stage, age and gender and those who love eating sweet food especially
pastillas. Nowadays, Millennial loves eating sweet food and they like something new in their eyes and
our product is suited in the market because of having a twist. Our product is not only for a single
person but it is available for sharing.
Since we are starting, the best place to introduce our product is in our school canteen because they
have lots of students and teachers, also in any food store that everyone can avail it. The price of our
product is inexpensive so that every student and other people could afford it without any hesitation.
Our product is not just an ordinary pastillas that we can see in any food store because our product has a
different twist that is chocolate and the packaging. Every time a customer opens and ate a pack of our
product they will surely enjoy every bite of it.
Competition is inevitable and an integral part of doing business. Pastillas with Chocolate is way of
attending the needs of our customers and a way of ensuring our product will stay on track and continue
to know by our customers. There is lot of competitors that introducing this kind of product. In our
situation, our product is new in the market but we have an advantage to them is to offer our product
directly in an affordable price. We'll use the different marketing tools and strategies to ensure our
product will be known and become profitable. Also introducing our product by word-of-mouth. By
recommending to our friends to someone that we know about how our product is good so that it can
also a way of promoting to others. Our product will be distributed in our school canteen and any retail
store. It’s effective because of sweetness and uniqueness of design packaging that will attract customers
to patronize our product.

of marketing tools and strategies our product will be profitable and recognize in the market. As a
market player we want our product to be competitive enough to the existing products related with it.
And in order to achieve that, we would create a strategy that will help us show the uniqueness of our
product. And one of those strategies are the unique flavors of pastillas unlike other pastillas, it has taste
of chocolate. We decided to start our business pastillas and wanted to make it unique from transforming
traditional recipes and packaging.
Our product has affordable price which is 3 pesos each and they can also purchase 2 pastillas for
only 5 pesos. With the given price students and teachers surely can buy our product.
