This letter is to formally inform you my application for the permanent position of Administrative
Aide VI (Clerk III) in the Municipal Administrator’s Office. I had been a casual employee for
almost six (6) months and at present, I am working as a contractual employee in our
municipality and I strongly believe that I have the qualifications required for the said position.
I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sto. Tomas Campus last April 2012
with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management and I am also awarded as
Cum Laude which exempts me from taking the Civil Service Examination. Recently, I just got
my Certificate of Eligibility pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 907 (Honor Graduate Eligibility).
When I was still a student, I already had my work experience here as an office assistant in the
Municipal Treasurer’s Office through the Special Program for the Employment of Students
(SPES) of Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in 2011. I was assigned in the stamping
and sorting of the released disbursement voucher from the accounting office as well as
computing and printing of the Statement of Account (SOA) of Real Property Tax. I also had
worked as a junior store supervisor at Pantoja Inc, a private company in Tanauan Batangas, for
almost 8 months. This experience gave me the opportunity to develop my organizational and
time management skills as well as my leadership skills which helped me improve professionally.
